The H 'n K Menu

In their more than twenty years of "Cape Cod Cooking," the Hearth 'n Kettle family has strived to create a wholesome and hearty cooking style which is a mixture of original and traditional recipes. Taking advantage of the fresh ingredients available from the local region's land and waters, Hearth 'n Kettle's Executive Chef, Richard Catania, has further enhanced these recipes with his culinary skills. A 1979 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Richard has brought a uniqueness to their food unlike anything you would expect in a multi-unit restaurant business. The emphasis is on the blending of traditional recipes with fresh produce, tender chicken, select meats, and Cape Cod fresh seafood.
