Kettle's Executive Chef, Richard Catania, has further enhanced these
recipes with his culinary skills. A 1979 graduate of the Culinary
Institute of America, Richard has brought a uniqueness to their food
unlike anything you would expect in a multi-unit restaurant
business. The emphasis is on the blending of traditional recipes
with fresh produce, tender chicken, select meats, and Cape Cod fresh
seafood.
A wonderful variety of breads, muffins and
desserts are baked daily in the H 'n K Bakery in Centerville. They
are delivered every morning to each restaurant to ensure their
quality and
freshness. These
delicious baked goods are also available for purchase at each
restaurant and at the Bakery.
Over the years, the Hearth 'n Kettle's all-natural
Lobster and Clam Chowders have been greatly
enjoyed by regular customers and visitors
alike. Now, you can also serve these delicious local favorites in
your own home! Both the Lobster and Clam Chowders may be purchased
at any of the restaurants and at select markets. Each Cape Cod
Lobster Chowder & Cape Cod Clam Chowder "Frozen, condensed,

The availability of a wide variety of both
shellfish and salt water fish, which abound in local waters, is the
basis for a cuisine that is in keeping with today's health-conscious
lifestyles. Under Richard's supervision, all food is prepared fresh
daily by trained chefs -- hearty soups, mouth-watering chowders, a
