Reports:

• There are 5 types of reports currently offered through this system. A brief overview of each appears below.

  Reservation by Order Date- A list of booked reservations for the date range specified, sorted by the date the reservation was made.

  Reservations by Arrival Date- A list of booked reservations for the date range specified, sorted by the arrival date.

  Reservations by Departure Date- A list of booked reservations for the date range specified, sorted by the departure date.

  Denial Report- Reports the total number of times users searched for availability, and the number of times searches failed for no availability, minimum stay requirements, and reservation delay.

  Conversion Report- Compares the number of availability searches with the number of bookings during the specified date range.

  Booking Lead Time- Analyzes the number of days between the booking date and the arrival date during the specified period.

  Affiliation Report- Reports the total number of times your accommodation was displayed on a PortalDORS search and how many times a user clicked through to your DORS system.

  Inventory Repor-t Reports the total number of times inventory warning levels have been reached for your defined inventory alerts during the specified period.

  Sold Out Report- Reports the days in which there is no room and package availability during the specified period.
